Refund policy

All products sold at Novienne Studio are produced according to the specifications provided by the customer and are clearly personalized.

Under point c) of article 17 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14, goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized are excluded from the right of free withdrawal applicable to distance contracts.

For this reason, returns, exchanges or cancellations are not accepted after order confirmation and/or the start of production.

We recommend that you carefully check all the data provided for personalization before completing your purchase.

This limitation does not affect the consumer's rights in case of manufacturing defects, production errors attributable to Novienne Studio, or product damage during transport.

If you receive a defective product or one that does not match your order, please contact us at contact@noviennestudio.com within 14 days of receiving your order, indicating your order number and, where possible, attaching photos of the problem. We will review the situation and seek an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, repair, or a refund, where applicable.
