Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays).

Shipping costs:

  • Mainland Portugal: €3,99 (Free shipping on orders over €30,00)
  • Madeira and Azores: €3,99 (Free shipping on orders over €35,00)
  • Peninsular Spain: €5,99 (Free shipping on orders over €35,00)

    • Other Destinations: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
    Delivery Times:

    Orders to mainland Portugal and mainland Spain are shipped via CTT Expresso with the following indicative delivery times:

    • Mainland Portugal: 2 business days
    • Mainland Spain: 3-5 business days
    • Other Destinations: Delivery times and shipping methods vary depending on the destination, and delivery estimates are provided at checkout.

    International shipping and fees: Fees and taxes may apply depending on your country.

    Delivery tracking: We send a tracking link via email when your order is shipped.

    Address accuracy: Please ensure the address details provided at checkout are correct and complete. If you provide an address that the postal service deems insufficient or incorrect, the order will be returned to our facilities. The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs after confirming an updated address.

    Unclaimed packages: Orders that are not claimed are returned to our facilities and the customer will be responsible for the cost of resending.
