Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays), unless a different timeframe is specified on the product page.

Shipping costs:

  • Mainland Portugal and Islands: Starting from €5,90, depending on the option selected at checkout (Free shipping on orders over €40.00)
Delivery Times:

Orders to mainland Portugal are shipped via CTT Expresso with the following indicative delivery times:
  • Mainland Portugal: 1-3 business days

Orders to the Madeira and Azores archipelagos are shipped via CTT Correio Registado with the following indicative delivery time: 3-5 business days

Delivery tracking: We send a tracking link via email when your order is shipped.

Address accuracy: Please ensure the address details provided at checkout are correct and complete. If you provide an address that the postal service deems insufficient or incorrect, the order will be returned to our facilities. The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs after confirming an updated address.

Unclaimed packages: Orders that are not claimed are returned to our facilities and the customer will be responsible for the cost of resending.
