To ensure the best possible result, please note the following:

• The customer is responsible for sending high-quality, clear, and well-lit images. We will do our best in printing, but we are not responsible for the quality, resolution, or sharpness of the original photo.
• Avoid photos where objects/subjects are too close to the edges, as some millimeters are cut off during production.

Image Rights and Privacy:

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You hold all copyrights and/or all necessary licenses for the images you provide.
• The use of these images does not infringe the rights of third parties.
• You have obtained all necessary permissions from all individuals depicted, including consent related to personal data and image use.
• You grant us full permission to use, edit, resize, and adapt the submitted images exclusively for the purpose of creating the agreed-upon product.
• We disclaim any liability for third-party claims arising from the images you provide.

To ensure privacy and data protection, all customer images are permanently deleted upon completion of production.
