What type of photos can I use?

You can use any photograph: family, travel, pets, or special moments.

For best results, we recommend sharp, well-lit images with good resolution.

Can I send several different photos?

Yes! You can upload multiple photos at once, one for each magnet included in the set.

What if I want multiple magnets with the same picture?

You can use the same photo on multiple magnets.

Simply upload the same image as many times as you like during the upload process.

Will the photos be cropped?

There may be slight cropping at the edges during production.

We recommend avoiding important elements being too close to the edges of the image.

Do the photos need to be in a specific format?

No. During upload, you can adjust each image to fit the magnet format (move, zoom, or reposition).

What if my photo is low quality?

We will always do our best to achieve the best result. However, the final quality depends on the quality of the image submitted.

Will the colors in the photos match the originals?

We do our best to reproduce the colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the printing process.

Can I send photos of other people or images from the internet?

Yes, provided you have permission to use these images.

By placing your order, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to the submitted photographs and permission from the people depicted in them. The images will be used exclusively to fulfill your order.

What happens to my photos?

Your images are used only to process your order.

After completion, they are deleted to ensure your privacy.

We do not send previews before production.

If the order hasn't yet gone into production, it may be possible to make changes.

Production typically takes 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation and payment.
