What type of photos can I use?

You can use any photograph: family, travel, pets, or special moments.

For best results, we recommend sharp, well-lit images with good resolution.

Will the photos be cropped?

There may be slight cropping at the edges during production.

We recommend avoiding important elements being too close to the edges of the image.

Do the photos need to be in a specific format?

No. During upload, you can adjust each image to fit each photo format (move, zoom, or reposition).

What if my photo is low quality?

We will always do our best to achieve the best result. However, the final quality depends on the quality of the image submitted.

Will the colors in the photos match the originals?

We do our best to reproduce the colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the printing process.

Can I send photos of other people or images from the internet?

Yes, provided you have permission to use these images.

By placing your order, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to the submitted photographs and permission from the people depicted in them. The images will be used exclusively to fulfill your order.

What happens to my photos?

Your images are used only to process your order.

After completion, they are deleted to ensure your privacy.

Will I receive a preview before production?

We do not send previews before production.

However, during photo upload, the exact aspect ratio of each photo is already set. You can adjust the image directly (move, zoom, rotate or flip), getting a good idea of ​​how the final result will look.

What if I make the wrong choice of photos?

If the order hasn't yet gone into production, it may be possible to make changes.

We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible.

How long does it take?

Production typically takes 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation and payment.

Will my order arrive in time for a special date?

We produce within 1-2 business days and ship quickly. If you need it urgently, please contact us before ordering.
