To ensure the best possible result, please note the following:

• You are responsible for uploading high-quality, sharp, and well-lit images. We will always do our best during printing, but we are not responsible for the original photo quality, resolution, or sharpness.
• Avoid photos where subjects are too close to the edges, as a few millimeters are trimmed during production.

Image Rights and Privacy:

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You hold full copyright and/or all necessary licenses for the images you provide.
  
• The use of these images does not infringe on the rights of any third parties.
  
• You have obtained all required permissions from any individuals depicted, including consent related to personal data and image usage.
  
• You grant us unrestricted permission to use, edit, resize, and adapt the submitted images solely for the purpose of creating the agreed-upon product.
  
• You release us from any liability in the event of third-party claims arising from the images you provide.
  

For privacy and data protection, all customer images are permanently deleted once production is complete.
